Dr. Eileen Borris, a highly regarded licensed psychologist, has graduate degrees from Johns Hopkins and Columbia Universities and is respected for her mind/body approaches to health and healing, which includes troubled relationships i.e. separation and divorce, stress management and forgiveness training.
Her particular gift is working with mindfulness based interventions and imagery techiques i.e. Guided Imagery and Music, EMDR and dream interpretation. She uniquely blends her training to assist people in individual, relationship and marital difficulties and also works well with trauma victims and those with money issues.
Dr. Borris is a nationally and internationally known speaker and trainer in the areas of healing relationships, forgiveness, reconciliation, conflict resolution and trauma recovery and has published extensively in the areas of forgiveness and reconciliation. She has authored Forgiveness, the Ultimate Freedom and Finding Forgiveness, A Seven Step Program for Letting Go of Anger and Bitterness.
